Testosterone and Weight Loss?

Does testosterone replacement lead to weight loss in men?
The answer is yes. Studies have shown in men with low testosterone who have excess weight and body fat, testosterone replacement will help. After several months of testosterone replacement a man will notice a decrease in his weight and waist size. It also helps with an increase in lean muscle mass.
HCG injections have also been used for weight loss. These injections stimulate the production of testosterone by the body.
When we replace testosterone in men, we are usually treating a condition called hypogonadism, which is associated with decrease in energy, libido, sexual function and mood. Weight loss and an increase in endurance has been shown as well.
Remember you can’t forget diet and exercise, but testosterone replacement helps!
